Do you have a handmade jewelry warranty?
Yes, we design and create quality handcrafted products. We want our pieces to last through generations. We stand by our craftswomanship and our customers! You get what you pay for and then some, if you know what we mean. Our handcrafted jewelry is GUARANTEED not to break for up to one year due to normal wear & tear. If it were to break, we will fix it at absolutely no cost to you.

What types of customer support do you offer?

Do I need to pay for shipping and handling?
We offer cheap shipping on all orders. Our shipping service does not include the cost of international customs, duty or tax charges. (All shipping comes with insurance, online tracking & shipping box).

How can I track my order?
You can track your order once it is shipped. Upon charging your credit card, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a shipping tracking number, and a link to where you can track your shipping online.

When will I receive my online order? / When can I expect my order to arrive?
Most Orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days. If there is any further delay in shipping out your order, you will be notified. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. Estimated shipping times may vary according to destination, but you can generally expect order to arrive within 10 days for American and Canadian orders and 2 weeks for other countries.

What happens if my order gets lost in the mail?
Brazilian Air Mail is 99.5% reliable. Please check your local postal outlet if the item has been received, as we receive many items that are returned unclaimed. If your package is lost, a claim will be filed with the Post Office 45 days after your item has shipped.
If your package is deemed "unrecoverable", we will either send you another order or refund 100% of your purchase.

What is your return policy?
Any unworn handmade jewelry item may be returned in original condition within 10 days of receipt for an exchange, minus the original shipping costs. Customer pays return shipping. Exchanges and returns can be made by a special arrangement.

What do you mean by Free Shipping?
When applicable.There are never any handling charges with Handmade-Jewelry-Shop.com and no shipping charges on any order around the world. Shipments are sent by Brazilian Priority Mail with certificate of mailing is used.
We work hard to get you the exactly what you need using the safest carriers and best value.

What about tax and duties?
All international orders are subject to the destination countries duties, taxes, and laws. Duties and taxes are not included in the price of the item and are established by the destination country. We do not have any information on your country's specific tax or duty.

Yes! We always guarantee our work. We usually request that our clients return in approximately three months. At this time, if there are any light spots or minor adjustments that need to be made, we will be more than happy to touch them up at that time.

Could you write "gift" on the box?
In the past, customers have asked us to write "gift" on the box or to declare a value considerably less than the actual value. We will not commit customs fraud, so please do not ask.
